Victorian Loft - a Riverfront B&B built in 1894 is located on the West Branch of the Susquehanna River in historic Clearfield, PA - the county seat of Clearfield County. Victorian homes built from1860 to1894, line Front St as it follows the river through town. Our guests enjoy Upper Witmer Park, children's playground & Lower Witmer Park with gazebo & fishing pier, Shaw Library, the new Riverwalk, Historical Museum. Ethan's Cafe, Moena Italian Restaurant, Dented Keg Brew Pub, Scotto's Pizzeria, Main Won Chinese Buffet, St. Charles Cafe & Buck's Pizza are restaurants within an easy walk. In addition, downtown anchor stores - Bob's Army Navy, Historica Antique Emporium, Jim's Sports Center, Liddle Art Gallery and numerous specialty retail stores line the downtown streets. CAST community theater and the Ritz Theater round out downtown entertainment options. The neighborhood surrounding the B&B is extremely safe for walking - day or night. The residents of Clearfield are friendly and welcoming - most will smile and say "hello" as you wander through town.
